Variable crown rolls are leak-tested, at temperature, using mill oil under simulated mill conditions prior
to shipping and installation.
Also, many of our customers have so much confidence in our abilities that they entrust PRG to repair and rebuild
their variable crown rolls. Precision Roll Grinders successfully rebuilds, upgrades and modifies rolls
manufactured by Kusters, Valmet, Metso, Beloit CC Series, Voith-Profil and Nipco, Hunt and Moscrop, and Farrel.
