As this current COVID-19 situation continues to affect our daily lives, please be assured that Precision Roll Grinders is committed to providing you value-added roll grinding and services through these uncertain times.
Our people, our communities and our customers are what is most important to us. We have safeguarded our operations according to guidance provided from the CDC and local, state and federal agencies to help slow the progression of this pandemic. We will continue to consult with our local, state and federal leaders on a routine basis to ensure we protect our employees, communities and customers.
We will remain open and continue to provide for your roll grinding and servicing needs in all our facilities. We provide critical services to many life-sustaining businesses (food, non-wovens, tissue, paper, plastic, rubber, steel, aluminum and energy) and therefore will continue operations. Our supply of necessary materials is strong and at this time do not anticipate any disruption due to supply chain interruptions.
We understand the necessity of not being able to visit you in person during this current situation. Please be assured that we will be actively communicating with you via remote methods to ensure your roll grinding and servicing needs are met. Additionally, please rely on us to help provide process expertise and application engineering assistance during this time. We will continue to provide resources remotely to identify, study and quantify value in your processes.
