Our Suction Roll Inspection/Rebuild Procedure includes:

• Visual inspection
• Removal of suction box
• Removal of drive side, tending side and suction box assemblies
• Inspection of the bearings, bearing housings and bearing journal fits and conditions, drive side and tending side head fits, shim pack condition, seals (end seals and longitudinal seals), end seal adjusting devices, air load tubes and supply piping, operation of suction box rotating device, shower heads and nozzles, removal rollers and skid blocks, suction box lubrication and supply piping, and the shell (visual outside and inside)
• Inspection reports plus recommended repair/replacement costs provided O.D. Profile
• Estimate of the percentage of hole blockage
• Pressure-washing
• Vacuum pump test to check seal leakage
