Our rebuild services can include:
• Dismantling machine, cleaning all parts and performing preliminary inspection to establish conformance to specifications
• Cleaning, degreasing, preparing, priming and repainting
• Cleaning and inspecting rolls
• Hydrostatic test of rolls
• Checking all gear shafts for concentricity
• Cleaning out water necks of rolls and mechanically descaling the interior of the rolls
• Grinding rolls to specified tolerances
• Polishing all journals and side faces of rolls
• Inspecting gears
• Polishing seal collar sleeves internally and externally
• Supplying and installing new bearings and new seals
• Inspecting hopper plates
• Examining and rebuilding the hydraulic system, with new seals
• Dismantling the hydraulic oil tank, cleaning and filling with new hydraulic oil
• Resetting all gauges to zero per our calibration gauges
• Reassembling with new and rebuilt components
• Test run with oil
